MEET THE BLOGGER

Hello, fellow desert dwellers! My name is Kelsey Farley and I’m the face behind this Tucson blog.

Well, hey there. It’s really nice to connect with you. I always get nervou when I have the write about myself, so here we go.

Mama to 2 kiddos, an 8 year old boy and an 11 year old girl, quickly going on 25. Married to my love for almost 13 years and we live in Tucson, AZ with our two pups, Penny & Blue. I have been blogging since 2019, but only recently decided to niche down to share about local Tucson adventures. Eventually, would like to write about places all over Arizona, but one step at a time.

Hell Tucson Living is a great resource for people looking for things to do in Tucson, wether it’s family friendly, shopping, lodging, or finding a delicious place to eat and drink. I cannot wait to see what happens the rest of the year and further. I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m here to share all the cool stuff I’ve found on my adventures around Tucson, and hopefully, it’ll give you some ideas and the nudge you to start exploring local.

It is super easy to fall back on chains and places that are accessible on every corner. But to take the extra step and visit a local business, help them stay in the spotlight and most of the time support their families, that’s where we have to step into.

As a family with younger kiddos, picky eaters are strong with us. It’s so easy to head to Chilis or McDonalds, but knowing there is an equally as good and most of the time, better option tucked into the city, that’s always so exciting to find.

My biggest goal with Hello Tucson Living, is that you will find new places that you hadn’t even heard of and give them a try before going to the chains.

I always say if you only go in one direction, you’ll never know what’s in the other. Take the leap, and don’t think twice about it.

It all started when my family and I decided to relocate to Tucson in 2018

Taking that chance and relocating our family, leaving everyone behind was our biggest step.Thankfully, our family started to relocate here during 2020, and it was nice to have them closer.

We really had to buckle down and find things to do as a family, but it wasn’t until 2024 that we really started exploring. Mexican cuisine is a huge favorite of ours, along with the zoo, trampoline parks, and of course Boba.

I am so happy you are here, and wether you are new to the area, looking to relocate, or just wanting to discover someplace new, I hope you’ll stick around. Because we are just getting started!
